The company's registered capital is 30 million RMB, with a total investment of 200 million RMB. The total land area is approximately 230 acres. It is a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly private high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research, production and operation of pharmaceutical intermediate products. As of now, 7 production workshops have been built and put into operation. It also has multiple types and sizes of reaction equipment, centrifugal equipment, drying equipment, which can meet production needs. The company has a total of 200 employees, including 110 production staff, 11 technical personnel, 24 equipment and facility personnel, 16 EHS personnel, 5 QA personnel, and 13 QC personnel. Product varieties include: several pharmaceutical intermediates such as intermediate for digestive drugs (e.g. omeprazole intermediate), and intermediate for lipid-lowering drugs (e.g. acetobinolol intermediate, dinolide intermediate). The company has its own import and export rights, and over 90% of its products are for export. The products are sold to 18 countries and regions including the United States, Japan, Spain, Germany, India, etc. A stable sales channel has been established, and it has business dealings with many world-renowned pharmaceutical companies, such as Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, etc.

The company has obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 system certifications in 2009 and has passed multiple re-certifications since then.
In June 2023, the company has obtained ISO45001 system certification and received the corresponding certificate. In 2011, the company passed the acceptance inspection of the third-level safety standardization enterprise recognized by the Jiangxi Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau and has passed multiple re-certifications since then. In June 2023, the company has passed the certification review of the second-level safety standardization enterprise.
